In order to ensure that everyone can have a pleasant exchange, the LLM Study Group (LLM-jp) has established the following anti-harassment policy based on the ACL and NLP Colloquium policies. If you do not comply with the policy, you may be warned and asked to leave the group.

The policy applies to all participants.

The following types of harassment are strictly prohibited:

• Gender / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity
• Age
• Disability
• Appearance / physical characteristics
• Race
• Nationality / Origin
• Religion

Even if you are not one of the above, please refrain from any behavior that offends other participants or disrupts interaction or discussion during the study group. If you have had an unpleasant experience or see someone being harassed, please notify the secretariat (llm-jp@nii.ac.jp).
